Accommodation at Avra Imperial Hotel is not included in the registration fee and needs to be booked separately through our site taking advantage of the special discounted rates for this meeting.
Single occupancy room: 119 € /night
Double occupancy room: rate 141 € /night
Shared occupancy, twin room: 70.5 € /night per person
All the above rates are on a Half Board* basis and include all taxes except for the overnight stay city tax (4€ per room, per day) which is payable directly to the hotel and is not included in the above price.
*Half Board includes breakfast and dinner in buffet style.
For those interested in sharing a twin room, when booking your accommodation please indicate the name of your preferred roommate. If you do not have a preferred roommate, the meeting secretariat will make the room sharing arrangements.
