BY FERRY:
Visitors can also arrive to Chania, Crete by ferry from Athens (Piraeus Port).
The journey from Piraeus port to Crete takes about 9 hours on standard ferries, and 6 hours on the high-speed boats. For more information visit the shipping companies Minoan Lines and ANEK Lines.
